		<description>Our body does need cholesterol to make bile salts, hormones and vitamin D. It is mainly produced by our liver. Cholesterol will build up on the artery walls when the level of cholesterol in the blood is too high. There are 2 main types of blood cholesterol: LDL (the &quot;Bad&quot; cholesterol) and HDL (the &quot;Good&quot; cholesterol).</description>

		<description>That&#039;s a very informative and useful post. Three years ago, I thought that I was healthy as a 20 something that was exercising 3 times a week. When my doctor told me that my cholesterol level was 50 points higher than the norm, I was speechless... After a review of my lifestyle, my doctor told me that I was eating too much fat (well, I loved cheese, yogurt, well all dairy products) and that I will have to reduce that. Like Dekel, I thought that i could afford eating what I wanted because I was exercising... Well, my cholesterol level was back to normal 3 months later, after some change in my eating habits and a little help from alternative health products.
