I have had a couple clients over the last week tell me that they are using a gel version of HCG for the HCG diet program. Of course many people hate shots so this initially seems like a great option. I mentioned in a previous post about HCG that I firmly believe the natural homeopathic oral HCG being sold to be a scam, but what about the transdermal gels? Some of the gels are real HCG, and some are not. Once HCG is mixed into a liquid or gel form it must be kept refrigerated. If your gel came shipped cold than it probably is real. If it did not come cold it is a scam. Transdermal absorption seems to naturally work on some people better than others, so even if it is real HCG the absorption might not be one hundred percent. I believe the shots are still the way to go.
