All the expensive teeth whitening gels, trays, strips and so forth are primarily made from hydrogen peroxide. A box of teeth whitening strips will usually sell for $20 dollars or sometimes more. A bottle of hydrogen peroxide cost less than $1 dollar.
Just swish the peroxide in your mouth for 30 seconds (the longer the better) and then brush your teeth as usual. If you use it everyday you will be amazed at the results. And it will save you a lot of money.
