		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. Nothing works so much better than short but steady daily exercise. I don&#039;t go for long workouts either as they will only result to fatigue and frustration.

Being from chiropractic profession i can say that if you are doing some chiropractic exercises then you must use a good chiropractic table to get best results and of course do these exercises regularly.</description>

		<description>Good article! A few insights. If you have the dicipline to work our 5 days a week for two hours go ahead. But there are many people that try to follow a tough work out regimen and quit after two weeks. They learn to hate working out. Then they go right back to where they started. I believe in doing what is comfortable. I am one of those people that has to work 10-12 hour days. I could get up at 5:30 and work out for an hour a day. But I am not strong-willed enough to do that. So I work out 2-3 times a week for an hour. I know I should do more. But I just want to maintain a healthy and happy body. Overworking your body might tone your body, but it wont make you feel or look younger in the long run. As hippie as this sounds, happiness is what keeps the young feeling young!</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not too overweight right now, maybe 20 lbs. I try to exercise as much as I can. Sometimes, even 30 minutes is too long unless I&#039;m outside with my son having fun and exercise at the same time. 

Thanks for the inspiration. I better get going before that 20 lbs turns into 40 extra lbs. : (
